The CE Shop is an approved real estate education vendor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission-9097
Renewal Date: 12/31 of each year
Hours required: 12 hours
CE Shop Offering: 8 elective hours
Reporting: Real estate Elective course completions are reported to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission Real each business day. However, mandatory Core course completions are reported once a month before the 15th of each month.
It may take an average of 1-2 weeks from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours. Please be patient with this process and understand that it may vary depending on your state.
Expiration date of course: Courses expire one year after the order date.
Post Licensing: All initial licensees must complete 45 hours of post-license education within 180 days of the initial license date for their first renewal cycle. The post-licensing hours shall satisfy 8 of the 12 CE hours required for annual renewal. The remaining 4 hours shall be the annual mandatory course. Currently, The CE Shop does not offer the post-licensing courses.
Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a 75% and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to pass.
Certificates: Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificates of completion will reflect this.
Please enter your individual license number correctly and fully when prompted in the registration process.
